Belgie is a tribute to the late Justin Max Posner, a celebrated chef and founder of JM Posner UK, who was a pioneer in the waffle industry. Justin dreamt of starting a chain of waffle shops in the UK and India, bringing high-quality waffles to everyone. Although he couldn’t see his dream come true, we’re here to carry his legacy forward with every delicious bite of our waffles.

But our journey doesn’t stop there. We also noticed something odd about the waffles around us—they were more like cake, too sweet, and loaded with sauce. We thought, “There’s got to be a better way!” So, we set out on a mission to create the perfect waffle, staying true to the traditional Belgian style. We wanted waffles that are light, airy, and crispy, just like they make in Brussels.
